11-1733 - Taxidermy.
§ 11-1733. Taxidermy. Persons engaged for hire in the business of preparing, stuffing or mounting of skins of fish or wildlife shall keep in their place of business a register showing the name or description of every specimen received, the date of receipt and the name and address of the person from whom received. Conservation officers and other persons authorized by the department shall have access to the register at all times.
