21-0307 - Jurisdiction of court; powers of Attorney-General and other law enforcement officers.

§ 21-0307. Jurisdiction of court; powers of Attorney-General and other law enforcement officers. The supreme court of the state of New York is hereby granted the jurisdiction specified in article nine of said compact, and the Attorney-General and any other law enforcement officer of the state of New York is hereby granted the power to institute any action for the enforcement of the orders of the commission as specified in article nine of the compact.
