33-0305 - Severability.
§ 33-0305. Severability. If any provision of this article is declared unconstitutional, or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, by a court of competent jurisdiction, the constitutionality of the remainder of the article, and the applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected.
