46-0113 - Appropriations by municipalities.
§ 46-0113. Appropriations by municipalities. To effectuate the purposes of this article, the local legislative bodies of the county of Albany, city of Albany and towns of Colonie and Guilderland may appropriate and pay over to the commission moneys to be expended by the commission to carry out its functions thereunder.
