§ 71-1105. Enforcement of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313. Any violation of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313 shall be a violation, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand eight hundred dollars, and in addition thereto, by a civil penalty of not more than one thousand eight hundred dollars.
