§ 71-1111. Enforcement of subdivision 3 of section 15-0511. Any person or local public corporation violating subdivision 3 of section 15-0511 may be liable for a penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars for each and every offense; every violation of an order referred to in such subdivision shall be a separate and distinct offense; and in case of a continuing violation, every day's continuance thereof shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
