§ 71-1131. Violations; criminal liability. Except as otherwise specifically provided, any person who violates any of the provisions of article 15 of this chapter, or any rule, regulation or order promulgated pursuant thereto, or the terms of any permit issued thereunder shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
