71-2107 - Injunctions.
§ 71-2107. Injunctions. It shall be the duty of the attorney general upon the request of the commissioner to bring an action for an injunction against any person violating a provision of article nineteen; any code, rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto; or any order of the commissioner issued pursuant thereto; provided, however, that the commissioner shall furnish the attorney general with such material, evidentiary matter, or proof as may be requested by the attorney general for the prosecution of such action. In any action for injunction brought pursuant to this title, any finding of the commissioner shall be prima facie evidence of the fact or facts found therein.
