§ 71-0911. Search warrants; when issued. Whenever it appears probable that fish, wildlife or game, shellfish, crustacea, protected insect, or parts thereof taken or possessed contrary to the Fish and Wildlife Law are concealed, or that a net possessed contrary thereto is concealed, any local criminal court having criminal jurisdiction shall issue a search warrant for the discovery thereof in accordance with the practice provided in article 690 of the Criminal Procedure Law, as far as it is applicable.
