§ 365-b. Council; purpose. The purpose of the council shall be to establish a permanent veterans' hall of fame and a traveling exhibit of the veterans' hall of fame and to promulgate the rules and regulations for the operation of the veterans' hall of fame, including the manner of choosing nominees for induction and inductees, subject to the provisions of sections three hundred sixty-five-e and three hundred sixty-five-f of this article.
