§ 365-d. Council; operations. After the completion of those duties imposed pursuant to section three hundred sixty-five-c of this article or three years, whichever is earlier, the council shall develop and implement a plan to: create nomination packets; maintain a website; produce a newsletter; and establish other necessary and convenient procedures for the operation of the veterans' hall of fame.
