§ 365-f. Veterans' hall of fame; automatic induction. The following persons shall at the first induction and as of right be inducted: all Congressional Medal of Honor recipients residing now, or at the time of entry into the armed forces, in New York state and all United States presidents who were veterans residing in New York state at the time of entry into the armed forces; provided that such inductees give consent thereto to the council. In the case of posthumous inductees, the consent of at least one of the next of kin, if any there be, shall be required by the council.
