§ 527-l. Annual report. The division shall, on or before October first in each year, submit a report to the governor, the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the minority leader of the senate, the minority leader of the assembly, the chairman of the senate finance committee and the chairman of the assembly ways and means committee which shall include (i) the name of each approved eligible applicant awarded a grant or award pursuant to this title and (ii) the actual development schedule to date for each project.
