817 - Activities of the United States in the Adirondack.
§ 817. Activities of the United States in the Adirondack park. 1. It is hereby declared to be the policy of this state that new land use or development or acquisition of land by the United States within the Adirondack park shall conform to the land use and development plan and the master plan for the management of state lands so far as practicable, and to any further extent as the Congress of the United States may by law provide. 2. The agency may, upon request of the United States, advise whether any particular proposed land use and development or acquisition will conform to the land use and development plan or the master plan.
