251-J - Severability. - New York Statutes

§ 251-j. Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this article be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgement shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder hereof but shall be applied in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part hereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgement shall have been rendered.
