All that portion of the state highway system beginning at the intersection of state routes twenty-eight and five in Herkimer and continuing northerly along route twenty-eight to the northern boundary line of the village of Herkimer shall be designated and known as the "Don Reile Boulevard". * NB There are 2 § 343-g's
