§ 5.03 Commissioners. The head of the office of mental health shall be the commissioner of mental health; the head of the office for people with developmental disabilities shall be the commissioner of developmental disabilities; and the head of the office of alcoholism and substance abuse services shall be the commissioner of alcoholism and substance abuse services. Each commissioner shall be appointed by the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate, to serve at the pleasure of the governor.
