§ 19.16 Methadone Registry. The office shall establish and maintain, either directly or through contract, a central registry for purposes of preventing multiple enrollment in methadone programs. The office shall require all methadone programs to utilize such registry and shall have the power to assess methadone programs such fees as are necessary and appropriate.
