§ 25.17 Fees for services. Local agencies and substance abuse treatment programs funded in whole or in part by the office shall establish, subject to the approval of the office, fee schedules for substance abuse services, not specifically covered by the rates established pursuant to article twenty-eight of the public health law or title two of article five of the social services law. Such fees shall be charged for substance abuse services furnished to persons who are financially able to pay the same, provided, that such services shall not be refused to any person because of his inability to pay therefor.
