§ 45.19 Reports to the commission. Every director or other person in charge of a mental hygiene facility shall report immediately, and in any event within three working days, to the commission and the medical review board the death of a patient or resident of any such facility in such manner and such forms as the commission shall prescribe, together with an autopsy report, if any. Every director or other person in charge of a mental hygiene facility shall report promptly to the commission any allegations of abuse or mistreatment of a patient or resident of such facility in accordance with procedures established by the commission.
