1306 - Powers of authorized foreign corporations.
§ 1306. Powers of authorized foreign corporations. An authorized foreign corporation shall have such powers as are permitted by the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation but no greater powers than those of a domestic corporation formed for the purposes set forth in the application for authority.
