* § 43.07 Commission purpose. The purpose of the commission is to undertake all necessary actions to facilitate the creation of an underground railroad heritage area in the city of Niagara Falls, complete a management plan to ensure the long-term preservation and maintenance of such heritage area and provide for the implementation and sustainability of undertaking recommendations of the completed management plan. * NB Repealed April 30, 2013
