569 - Protection of prior bondholders.
§ 569. Protection of prior bondholders. Nothing in this title contained shall be deemed in any way to limit or alter the rights vested in the authority to establish and collect such charges and tolls as may be convenient or necessary to produce sufficient revenue to meet the expense of maintenance and operation and to fulfill the terms of any agreements made with the holders of bonds issued or authorized to be issued prior to January first, nineteen hundred forty-six, or in any way to impair the rights and remedies thereunder of the holders of such bonds.
