714 - Members and employees not to be interested in transactions.
§ 714. Members and employees not to be interested in transactions. It shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by fine or imprisonment, for any members of the board or any clerk, employee, architect, surveyor, engineer or superintendent appointed by the authority to be in any way or manner interested, directly or indirectly, in furnishing materials, supplies or labor for the erection of a project or in any contract which such authority is empowered by this chapter to make.
