1184 - Property to be restored.

§ 1184. Property to be restored. The authority may enter upon streets, highways, bridges or public places for the purpose of constructing the project or any part thereof, or any addition, betterment or extension to the facilities of the authority. Whenever the authority has entered upon and damaged any street, highway, bridge or other public place the authority shall restore the same to its former condition.
