§ 1931. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context: 1. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section nineteen hundred thirty-two of this title; 2. The term "city" shall mean the city of Glens Falls. 3. The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority created in section nineteen hundred thirty-two of this title. 4. The term "mayor" shall mean the mayor of the city of Glens Falls. 5. The term "project" shall mean the real and personal property and all appurtenances thereto which constitute the center authority of Glens Falls. 6. The term "common council" shall mean the common council of the city of Glens Falls.
