§ 1901. Legislative findings. It is hereby found, determined and declared that there are land sites, structures, and remains of structures identified and recognized as of national and local historic value, and that the city of Rome is desirous that such land sites, structures, and remains of structures within it, be permanently and properly preserved, developed and restored.
