1906 - Contributions by the city.
§ 1906. Contributions by the city. The city shall have power to appropriate, and to agree with the authority to appropriate, funds to the authority for the purpose of paying expenses incurred by the authority during the period of design and construction of the project. The city shall have power during the life of the authority to contribute annually to the authority such amounts as the city may deem advisable.
