2350-I - Neither state nor county liable on agency bonds.
§ 2350-i. Neither state nor county liable on agency bonds. Neither the state nor the county shall be liable on the bonds of the agency and such bonds shall not be a debt of either the state or the county and each such bond shall contain, on the face thereof, a statement to such effect.
