2350-P - Interest in contracts prohibited.
§ 2350-p. Interest in contracts prohibited. It shall be a misdemeanor for any member of the agency or any officer, agent, or employee of the agency to be in any way or manner interested, directly or indirectly, in the furnishing of work, materials, supplies or labor, or in any contract therefor which the agency is empowered by this title to make. The provisions of article eighteen of the general municipal law shall apply to the agency and its members, officers, and employees with the same force and effect as if the agency were a municipality and the agency's members, officers and employees were municipal officers and employees.
