2350-Z - Effects of inconsistent provisions. - New York Statutes

§ 2350-z. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other act, general or special, or of any charter, local law, ordinance or resolution of the county, the provisions of this title shall be controlling. Nothing contained in this section shall be held to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the agency otherwise set forth in this title.
