2565 - Cooperation by the state.
§ 2565. Cooperation by the state. For the purposes of assisting the corporation in effectuating the purposes and provisions of this title, with respect to the convention center, the state may, with or without consideration: 1. Acting by and through the commissioner of general services, dedicate, sell, convey, lease, grant or otherwise transfer any right, title and interest in any property, real or personal, to the corporation. 2. Enter into agreements with the corporation respecting action to be taken by the state to assist the corporation in carrying out and effectuating the purposes of this title. 3. Do all other things necessary or convenient to carry out the foregoing powers.
