§ 2669. State, county and municipalities not liable on bonds. Neither the state, the county nor any municipality therein shall be liable on the bonds or notes of the authority and such bonds or notes shall not be a debt of the state, the county or of any municipality therein and such bonds and notes shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such effect.
