1774 - Participating municipalities not liable on authority bonds.
§ 1774. Participating municipalities not liable on authority bonds. The bonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the participating municipalities, and they shall not be liable therefor, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than those of the authority.
