1781 - Officers and employees not to be interested in transactions.
§ 1781. Officers and employees not to be interested in transactions. It shall be a misdemeanor for a member of the authority or an officer, agent, servant or employee employed by or appointed by the authority to be in any manner or way interested, directly or indirectly, as principal, surety or otherwise, in a contract, the expense or consideration whereof is payable out of the funds of the authority.
