1854-B - Low-level radioactive waste management facilities. - New York Statutes

§ 1854-b. Low-level radioactive waste management facilities. In addition to those purposes otherwise set forth in this title, the purposes of the authority shall include the management of low-level radioactive waste. In carrying out that purpose, the authority shall have the powers and responsibilities set forth in sections eighteen hundred fifty-four-c and eighteen hundred fifty-four-d of this title, in addition to those otherwise set forth in this title.
