276-B - Prescriber education. - New York Statutes

* § 276-b. Prescriber education. The department shall develop in collaboration with an academic institution a program designed to provide prescribers with an evidence-based, non-commercial source of the latest objective information about pharmaceuticals. Information shall be presented to prescribers by specially-trained pharmacists, nurses or other health professionals to assist the prescriber in making appropriate therapeutic recommendations. * NB Repealed June 15, 2012
