3504 - Rules and regulations.
§ 3504. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall have power to make such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this article, including but not limited to, the availability of emergency equipment appropriate to provide treatment in the event of an unanticipated reaction to the administration of contrast media.
