215.20 - Bribe receiving by a juror.
§ 215.20 Bribe receiving by a juror. A juror is guilty of bribe receiving by a juror when he solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any benefit from another person upon an agreement or understanding that his vote, opinion, judgment, decision or other action as a juror will thereby be influenced. Bribe receiving by a juror is a class D felony.
