215.75 - Unlawful disclosure of an indictment.

§ 215.75 Unlawful disclosure of an indictment. A public servant is guilty of unlawful disclosure of an indictment when, except in the proper discharge of his official duties, he intentionally discloses the fact that an indictment has been found or filed before the accused person is in custody. Unlawful disclosure of an indictment is a class B misdemeanor.
