230.06 - Patronizing a prostitute in the first degree.
§ 230.06 Patronizing a prostitute in the first degree. A person is guilty of patronizing a prostitute in the first degree when he patronizes a prostitute and the person patronized is less than eleven years of age. Patronizing a prostitute in the first degree is a class D felony.
