§ 367-u. Payment for home telehealth services. Subject to the approval of the state director of the budget, the commissioner may authorize the payment of medical assistance funds for demonstration rates or fees established for home telehealth services provided pursuant to subdivision three-c of section thirty-six hundred fourteen of the public health law.
