126 - Application. - New York Statutes

§ 126. Application. For the purpose of filling vacancies occurring other than by the expiration of term in the offices of members of the senate and assembly elected at the general election in two thousand two, the senate and assembly districts of this state, as described and set out in a chapter of the laws of two thousand two as added by Senate Bill Number 6796 or Assembly Bill Number 11014, shall continue to be respectively, the senate districts and the assembly districts of the state.
