105 - Functions, powers and duties of the council.
§ 105. Functions, powers and duties of the council. The council shall have the following functions, powers and duties: 1. To review and comment on all rules and regulations of the office; 2. To provide guidance and support to the office in the development of any statewide plan for the further development and improvement of the state's technology acquisitions; 3. To recommend surveys and reports to be completed by the director to carry out all of the objectives and purposes of this article; and 4. To perform such other acts as may be assigned by the chairperson of the council which are necessary or appropriate to carry out the functions of the council.
