§ 206. Deposit and disposition of revenue. The license fees, taxes, percentage, interest and other charges imposed by this article shall be collected and deposited and receipts therefor issued by the tax commission, except that such license fees, taxes, percentage, interest and other charges imposed by section one hundred eighty of this chapter shall be collected and deposited and receipts therefor issued by the proper state officer in accordance with the provisions of subdivision two of section one hundred eighty of this chapter, and all revenues so collected or received shall be deposited and disposed of pursuant to the provisions of section one hundred seventy-one-a of this chapter.
