Section 9--700. Definitions. The following words and terms when used in this part 7 shall have the following meanings: "Former Article 9." The provisions of article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code of this state as in effect before the effective date of Revised Article 9. "Revised Article 9." The provisions of article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code of this state, as amended by the chapter of the laws of 2001 which added these words and as they may be further amended.
