§1‑208.1.  Judgment docket, judgment and docket book defined.

As used in this Chapter,unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the phrases "judgmentdocket", "judgment book", "docket book", and"judgment and docket book" include, without limitation, all recordscreated or maintained by the clerk of superior court, pursuant to rulesprescribed by the Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts pursuantto G.S. 7A‑109, by the use of an electronic data entry system establishedby the Director pursuant to G.S. 7A‑343.
