§1‑215.3.  Validation of conveyances pursuant to orders made on days otherthan Mondays.

From and after the 30th day ofSeptember, 1951, any conveyance executed by any commissioner or other personauthorized to make a conveyance in any action or special proceeding where theappointment of the commissioner or other person, the order of sale, the orderof resale, or the order or confirmation of sale was made on a day other thanMonday is hereby declared to be valid and to have the same force and effect as ifthe day on which such judgment or order was rendered had been a Monday.
