§1‑264.  Liberal construction and administration.

This Article is declared to beremedial, its purpose is to settle and to afford relief from uncertainty andinsecurity with respect to rights, status, and other legal relations, and it isto be liberally construed and administered. (1931, c. 102, s. 12.)
