§1‑312. Rights against property of defendant dying in execution.
Parties at whose suit the bodyof a person is taken in execution for a judgment recovered, their executors oradministrators, may after the death of the person so taken and dying in execution,have the same rights against the property of the person deceased, as they mighthave had if that person had never been in execution.
